Be’ersheva care staff (shift B)
The care staff in Be’ersheva (day and night, both shifts) were awarded shift of the Month this April for their dedication and commitment to the residents of that unit. This is the frail care unit at Selwyn Segal. The residents often need extra care, assistance and attention. They are always clean, well dressed, satisfied, and happy. The residents adore their care givers and it is evident when entering that it is a ‘happy’ unit. Well done!

Shirley and her team have always ensured that they are punctual and on duty when they are on shift. They are kind, caring, and the residents love them. Shirley and her team always listen to their residents and they attend to them timeously when needed. At the end of their shift they ensure their residents are safe and comfortable and the environment is clean before the next shift takes over.
