A tribute to the Ciniselani Centre
May is going to bring some changes to Red Bagels as we sadly say goodbye to our special children at the Ciniselani Centre. We will miss you very much.
In addition the shoes that we gave, we gifted them with epap and sleeping bags to end on the highest note that we can end on. We are sure they are going to enjoy both of these very much. As the beginning of winter sets in it is getting cold. The extra warmth and sustenance will definitely bring much needed comfort to everyone.
Sadly, we also had to bid a final farewell to one of our precious children, Mpendulo, who passed away at the beginning of this month. Red Bagels felt that we would like to say goodbye in a positive and meaningful way by giving a donation towards a funeral for Mpendulo, may you rest in peace. So he could be laid to rest with dignity. Our condolences go to family and friends.
Red Bagels has decided to take a sabbatical of 3 months during which we will still be active for any urgent matters that may come to our attention. We will also use this valuable time to reassess, research, and implement the most constructive ways to continue our journey of spreading as much kindness and happiness as is possible in the future.
We bid Ciniselani farewell and wish you all a bright, happy, and blessed future. We look back with gratitude on this wonderful journey that we have traveled together and hope that as you continue your journey you will know that you will always remain in our hearts and in our thoughts.
